Copyright Permissions

CEC supports the rights of its members and others to the fair use, for educational purposes, of CEC copyrighted materials as defined by U.S. Copyright Law.  However, copyrighted materials are a significant valued-added resource for CEC.  As such, CEC has the responsibility to its authors, members, and Board of Directors to protect such property, and will enforce its rights.  Any use in any format beyond that specified in the fair use guidelines of the U.S. Copyright Law, must have explicit written permission or licensing from CEC.

All permission requests for use of CEC content must be submitted through the Copyright Clearance Center and accepted by CEC prior to use.
