CEC and The National Coalition on Personnel Shortages in Special Education and Related Services (NCPSSERS), has conducted a survey of more than 1,000 special educators from every state about the affects of federal budget cuts.
The verdict: Budget cuts are impacting and further threatening services for students with disabilities!
