Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the governing body of the Council.
The size of the board is decreasing from 21 as of 2018 to no fewer than 12 members and no more than 15. Of this number, the board may, in its sole discretion, appoint one but not more than three voting Thought Leaders to serve on the board.

CEC’s workgroups are given a time-specific charge and outcome(s) by the Board of Directors. Each workgroup is composed of individuals with knowledge and expertise in an area of strategic importance to the Council. Workgroup chair reports to the Board of Directors.
