Where to stay

CEC has secured room blocks at several area hotels, including the Grand Hyatt San Antonio and the Marriott Riverwalk Hotels, the co-headquarters for the CEC 2013 Convention & Expo. CEC makes every attempt to ensure a quality, convenient, and economical stay for convention attendees. Be sure to take advantage of these discounted hotel rates by reserving your room no later than March 4.

Getting There

Airlines

Due to the numerous options available online, CEC does not have a preferred airline. There are many flights in and out of San Antonio every day. Please visit the  Web site http://www.sanantonio.gov/aviation/ for complete information. San Antonio airport (SAT) is approximately 10 miles from downtown San Antonio.

Shuttle Service

GO Airport Shuttle is San Antonio’s official shared-ride shuttle service between SAT and the downtown River Walk hotels. Make your reservation online at http://citytoursinc.com/airport-shuttle or call 210-281-9900. You may also buy your ticket at the airport at the GO Airport Shuttle Desk by baggage claim.Tickets are $19.25 for a one-way ride and $34.50 for a round trip.

Upon arrival at the airport:

Stop at the GO Airport Shuttle Desk next to Baggage Claim to either pick up your tickets or to buy your tickets. Be sure to have your online confirmation number with you. You will be directed to the shuttle.

Upon return to the airport:

Meet the van at the hotel entrance at the pre-arranged time and present your ticket to the driver.

Taxi Information

You will have several choices of taxis from the airport to the downtown River Walk hotels. You can make your reservation online or by phone. One-way cab fare is approximately $30. Four passengers ride for the price of one. Follow the signs to Baggage Claim and proceed to the cab stand at the curb. The following cab companies are recommended:
