A: A Windows-based meeting client is available for users of the Microsoft Windows operating system, and a browser-based meeting client is available for users of the Macintosh and Solaris operating systems. Please visit this link if you need assistance on how to join a meeting.

Q5: After I register, how do I access the web seminar on the day of the event?

If you do not receive this confirmation at the end of 7 days, please contact CEC 888-232-7733 in the U.S. or (703) 620-3660 outside the U.S. When you receive the e-mail confirmation, please follow the instruction and ensure that you register with Live Meetings (see Q4 for a direct link), and download the necessary software to be able to participate (if this is your first web seminar with CEC).

You will also receive reminders leading up to the day of the seminar which will include login information, instructions and direct links to participate.

A: Each web seminar is 90- minutes, and begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 5:45 PM Eastern Time.

A: The price covers the cost of your registration for the 90-minute seminar. You will also receive a copy of the presentation.
