Due to the numerous options available online, CEC does not have a preferred airline. The most convenient airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA). Visit www.nashintl.com for all airport information.

Shuttle Service
Gaylord Opryland Transportation Services is our shuttle service of choice. CEC attendees can save by using the preferred transportation. Round-trip tickets are $25; one-way tickets are $15.
Book your reservation now via fax or e-mail. All reservations will be acknowledged by an e-mail receipt. All shuttles are powerchair/wheelchair/scooter lift-accessible.

Taxi Service
Taxi fare to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center is a flat $25 rate each way. To make arrangements for an accessible cab, visit the airport's Web site and click on Ground Transportation/Taxis. Drive time is approximately 20 minutes.
