Build Your Schedule
Take advantage of this free tool—designed to
help you get the most from of your convention experience.
What is the Scheduler?
The convention scheduler is your personal planner for the 2008 CEC
Convention & Expo. It allows you to plan your convention week BEFORE
arriving in Boston by creating your personalized daily schedule. Linked
to our online database of convention sessions, you can build (and
re-build) your schedule as many times as you want, now through April 5,
2008.
Save valuable time onsite and create your schedule for Boston
today!
It’s Easy to Use!

Create Your User Account - Choose Login to the
Scheduler, top right, then Create new user. All that is required is your
Email address as your user id and a password.

Build Your Schedule - Search all convention
sessions by topic area, keyword, date, or session leader’s last
name. You can add as many sessions as you can fit into your schedule by
simply clicking Add to your Schedule button.

Building Your Schedule is Easy!

Choose Search at the top left of the Scheduler home page. A
new page opens with a search box.

Enter your search requirements. Your search results will return on
the same page.

You can reset and search using different criteria.

Once you have added one or more sessions to your schedule, you may
View your schedule by clicking on the View Schedule link (located
on the top right of the screen).

Print Your Schedule – Share it with your
colleagues! Onsite, you can use your schedule to navigate from session
to session in Boston.

View Live Updates - Each time you login, you can
view your up-to-the-minute schedule (changes to the database are live.)
Any changes to date or room changes as well as session cancellations
will be reflected on your schedule.

Receive E-mail Updates - We will be sending you
periodic updates notifying you of changes to your schedule.
