CEC’s Convention & Expo registration gives you access to nearly 900 sessions, including Strands, Program Chair Invited Speakers, and the General Session, as well as the Expo Hall featuring the latest products and services. Ticketed workshops and special events are available at an additional cost and include Preconvention Workshops, Educational Site Visits, the Teacher of the Year Luncheon, and the Student Scholarship Fundraiser. All this and more will take place in beautiful Seattle, Washington.

Register early.
Register now to save up to $100 off onsite registration prices. CEC’s Convention & Expo gives you an energy boost and is known as the professional development heart and soul of special education. Take advantage of the early bird discount by registering before Jan. 12, 2009.

Register as a volunteer.
Volunteers receive 40% off advance registration fees for eight hours of work and are then free to enjoy the educational programming and Expo Hall. Find out how you can volunteer.  

Save when you send a group.
By registering five or more people at one time, you will receive a 10% discount off advance registration fees. To take advantage of this great deal, please be sure to send in all your forms at one time with payment or purchase order.

“Student 2 Professional” Members
Members participating in the “Student 2 Professional” membership transition program may register for the Convention & Expo at the Student rate. Please call CEC Constituent Services at 1-888-232-7733 to take advantage of this discount.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, please send your request to:

Cancellation requests must be postmarked no later than March 9, 2009. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from refund checks. Special event tickets (Preconvention Workshops, Educational Site Visits, the Teacher of the Year Luncheon, and the Student Fundraiser) are non-refundable.
