Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registration to CEC’s 2010 Convention & Expo gives you access to more than 800 sessions, including Strands, Program Chair Invited Speakers, and the General Session; an Expo Hall brimming with products and services; as well as the Live Learning Center available after the convention.
Ticketed workshops and special events are available at an additional cost and include Preconvention Workshops, the Multicultural Institute, Educational Site Visits, the Teacher of the Year Brunch (new format this year!), and the Student Scholarship Fundraiser. All this and more will take place in Nashville at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center.
Register early.
Register now to save up to $100 off onsite registration prices. CEC’s 2010 Convention & Expo provides an energy boost for you and is known as the premier professional development event for special education. Take advantage of the early bird discount by registering before Jan. 15, 2010.
Register as a volunteer.
Volunteers receive 40% off advance registration fees for eight hours of work and are then free to enjoy the educational programming and Expo Hall. Find out how you can volunteer.
Save when you send a group.
By registering five or more people at one time, you receive a 10% discount off advance registration fees. Please be sure to send all your forms in at one time with payment or purchase order to take advantage of the discount!

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Registrations paid or promised by check, credit card, or purchase order are subject to the following procedures.
Special event tickets—Preconvention Workshops, Multicultural Institute, Educational Site Visits, Teacher of the Year Brunch, and the Student Scholarship Fundraiser—are non-refundable.
Before March 21, 2010
If you need to cancel your registration, please send a request postmarked no later than March 21, 2010. A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from all refund checks. If you have received your badge and special event tickets (if applicable), they must be returned with your cancellation request addressed to:
