All packages sent to the Gaylord Opryland should be prepaid. The hotel will be unable to accept any packages arriving C.O.D. and no notification will be made by the hotel to the shipper. Any materials being sent to the hotel should be marked as follows:

Copying and Other Business Services
The full-service IKON Business Center located in the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center can become your office away from home. It will offer black and white and color copying or printing, fax services, over-size color printing, laminating, binding, computer/internet access, copier rentals, and office supplies.
Don’t bother lugging your handouts and other documents with you as you travel to Nashville! Send digital files and your documents will be waiting upon your arrival.
CEC has negotiated a special price for black and white copying services: $.02 each, any quantity. Color and oversized copying is also available. Please read more about these services in the IKON brochure.
