Advance Shipping
Guest & General Shipping Address (Non-Exhibitor)
All packages sent to the Gaylord National should be prepaid. The hotel will be unable to accept any packages arriving C.O.D. and no notification will be made by the hotel to the shipper. Any materials being sent to the hotel should be marked as follows:

A 20% discount on the handling fee will be offered on both incoming and outgoing packages. Shipper should provide return address labels.
Copying and Other Business Services
The full-service 11th Hour Business Center located in the Gaylord National Hotel and Convention Center can become your office away from home. It will offer black and white and color copying or printing, fax services, over-size printing, laminating, binding, computer/internet access, copier rentals, and office supplies.
Don't bother lugging your handouts and other documents with you as you travel to National Harbor! Send digital files to 11thhourgaylord@gmail.com and your documents will be waiting upon your arrival.
CEC has negotiated a special pre-convention price for black and white copying services: $.035 per side, any quantity. On-site black and white copying services: $.08 per side. Color and oversized copying are also available. Read more about these services in the 11th Hour Business Center brochure.
