Transportation to/from the Airport
Please visit the Denver International Airport (DEN) Web site for complete airport accessibility information. For transportation between DEN and the downtown hotels, click on “Ground Transportation.”
Shuttle Service
SuperShuttle shared-ride shuttle service is the most economical form of transportation between the Denver International Airport (DEN) and the downtown hotels. Accessible shuttles are available for power chairs/wheelchairs and scooters. CEC 2012 attendees can receive the discounted one-way rate of $22 or the discounted round-trip rate of $38.
To receive your CEC 2012 discount through Supershuttle:
- Make your reservation online at https://www.supershuttle.com/default.aspx?GC=CEC12. Print the confirmation page (or e-mail it to yourself).
- Reserve by phone by calling 1-800-BLUEVAN (258-3826). Be sure to give the code CEC12 to the call taker.
- If you are booking a mobility van, please check the online box that says "accessible van" or mention this to the call taker.
Upon arrival at the airport:
Take the train from the concourse to the terminal; take the escalator up to baggage claim (level 5). Pick up your luggage and proceed to the SuperShuttle counter (open 24/7). Counter staff will issue tickets and give directions to the vehicle loading area.
Upon return to the airport:
Meet the van at the hotel entrance at the pre-arranged time. You may use your confirmation number to board any of the scheduled vehicles.
