The Grant Award Actions Database contains ED's 2000
grant awards made with 2000 funds. This is a consolidated database. If a
grant received several awards during the year, these have been combined
into one comprehensive record to simplify the funding information. Some
formula/block awards, such as the Impact Aid awards, are not
included.
