Note: The membership forms are now set up to be
processed with 124-bit security. This means that any personal or credit
card information you submit will be encrypted for security purposes.
Call to Renew or Make Changes
If you have a MasterCard, VISA, or Discover card, renew calling CEC's
Constituent Services Center toll free at (888) 232-7733 or TTY
(866) 915-5000. You can also report make changes to your membership
record. Representatives are available to take your call Monday through
Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time.
Fax or Mail your Application
