The Council for Exceptional Children is located in the Crystal City neighborhood of Arlington, Va., just minutes from the Capital Beltway and downtown Washington, D.C.
NOTE: Once inside the lobby you will need to take the elevator to the tenth floor and ring the doorbell at Suite 1000 for entry.

Free shuttle from the Crystal City Metro station
Look for a 24-passenger bus called “Potomac Gateway Shuttle.” Make sure the driver sees you. This shuttle operates Monday to Friday, between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. with roundtrip stops every 30 minutes.
