Directions to CEC
1. From the Ballston-MU Metro
station:
When you exit the Metro, go left on Fairfax Drive
going west, until you reach North Glebe Road (third light). Cross the
intersection of North Glebe Road, turn right, and walk one block on
North Glebe Road to the next traffic light (11th Street N.)
Across the street you will see 1110 N. Glebe Road. Take the elevator to
the third floor and ring the doorbell at Suite 300 for entry.
2. Free Shuttle from Ballston
Metro
You can also catch a free shuttle bus across the
street from the metro or hotel exit. Cross Fairfax Drive to the Hunan
Gate Chinese restaurant on the corner, very near the 7-11 store. Look
for a 24-passenger bus “International Limousine” (blue and
white color). Make sure the driver sees you. This shuttle runs all
day and stops every 10-15 minutes at this location and will
take you directly to the front door of our building. Here are schedules
(if you want to take the shuttle to go back to the
metro/hotel):
- Morning: 7:05,7:20,7:35, etc until 10:55am
(leaving from the Hunan Gate restaurant on the corner across N. Fairfax
Drive from the Ballston Metro)
- MidDay: The shuttle stops at the
Ballston Shopping Mall in between drops-offs to and pick-ups from the
Metro subway station.
- Evening: 5:00, 5:15, 5:30, etc until
6:50pm (leaving CEC building).
3. Driving
Traveling west on I-66 from DC, use Exit #71 and turn
left onto Glebe Road. Proceed 2 blocks south to 11th Street
N. The 11-story building is on the right (look for The Melting Pot
restaurant on the ground floor corner). If you come to Marymount
University at the intersection of Glebe Rd and North Fairfax Drive (red
light), you have gone too far.Turn right, go one block again, turn right
on Wakefield and after the stop sign turn left, or down the ramp to the
right to enter the parking garage.
- Traveling east on Interstate 66 from I-495, use
Exit #71 and turn left at the 2nd light (North Glebe Road),
go 1 traffic light and turn left on 11th Street N. The
11-story building is on the right.
- Parking: The Parking garage is underneath
the three Ballston Plaza office buildings.You can enter from the rear of
1110 (the CEC building), from the right rear of 1010, and the left rear
of 1100. Look for the elevators for the office building at
1110.
- Parking is $7.50 per day.To pay by other than
credit card, exit via the attendant booth at 1100.
If you take the Metro subway:
- Take the Orange line train in the
direction of Vienna and get off at Ballston-MU metro station.

this page!
