The election is conducted by secret ballot. Members are
encouraged to vote online—if CEC has your e-mail address, you will
receive an electronic ballot from CEC’s Election Services
Provider, Survey and Ballot Systems. If CEC does not have an e-mail
address for you, you will receive a paper ballot in the mail.
