Celebrates Rescinding of Medicaid Regulations
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has officially
rescinded three Medicaid regulations and delayed the enforcement of a
fourth. This action, which CEC and its members pursued for more than two
years, will save school districts and early intervention programs almost
$9 billion.
Stimulus Boosts Special Education Program for Infants,
Toddlers
ARRA provides states with the funds they desperately need to
continue offering early-intervention services for young children with
disabilities and their families, said Division for Early Childhood
president Susan Maude in a recent Education Week
article.

Tuition
