Alternative Settings
Many students receive
educational services in settings other than their community school. To
give you a knowledge base of these different settings and the issues
surrounding special and gifted education in alternative settings, CEC
has created this resource. It includes information on charter schools,
homelessness, juvenile justice, private schools, vouchers, research, and
current issues concerning alternate settings as well as CEC policies and
resources.
